These instructions are to guide you to print out a receipt to attach to your Income Tax Return regarding the Child Fitness Tax Credit. This is only for House League players – GTHL players must contact their Team Manager.

This is done on-line by accessing your Hockey Canada profile. Here’s how:

1. Please click the Hockey Canada logo on the "REGISTRATION" page.
   
   
2. Enter your email address and password (same one you used to register your child) then click on the "LOGIN" button.
   
   
3. You will see your player’s name, then click on "Receipt" and follow the instructions to print – it’s that simple.
